Juried Art Show

Real Hands. Real Art. Judged by Real eyes.

The Short Version Says it all

Small works. Tall Cliffs.

Cliff Notes: An Exhibition of Small Works

Small can be sublime.

A small painting invites you to step in for a closer look
A tiny sculpture can be held in the palm of ones hand to be observed from every angle.
A small work of art provides an affordable entry point for a first time collector or a small but meaningful gift to celebrate the holidays.

Bookcliffs Art Center will be hosting this juried show from December 3 to December 23 in conjunction with Rifle’s city wide celebration ‘Hometown Holidays’.

Jurors for the Cliff Notes Exhibit are artist, curators Michele Brower and Gary Shockley. Gary and Michele are founding members of the Bookcliffs Art Center Advisory Board. Both artists have exhibited and curated at the national level

Juror's Award:

Our jurors, Michele Brower and Gary Shockley, will select one outstanding work to receive a $300 honorium
